Clark M. Raymond, Esq.
Clark has been fighting for patients hurt by medical mistakes since the 1980’s.
- This fight is personal: Clark’s father, a WWII veteran, lost his life from mistakes made at the VA when Clark was a teen. Clark believes bringing accountability to medicine in each case will help improve healthcare across the board for everyone.
- This fight is tough: even though the firm only takes righteous cases, the Insurance Companies for the doctors and hospitals use every trick in the book and spare no expense to get out of paying. Each case requires skill, effort and money to overcome these obstacles to achieve a fair shot at justice.
- This fight is rewarding: For a trial lawyer, there is no feeling like a jury returning a verdict for your client. While not as satisfying, fair settlements for clients are also happy events. The purpose of the law firm, to obtain justice against fearful odds, is a noble pursuit, a calling, and a source of great pride.
When he is not zealously advocating for his clients’ justice, Clark, a former college baseball player, enjoys exercise, travel, and spending time with his family.
